Lowkey kinda pissed off at one of my coworkers tonight. I caught him AND my manager (both a couple years younger than me) in the breakroom ON THE CLOCK, DURING the afternoon rush, playing games on their phones while I’m working my ass off with stock duty and assisting customers. This morning, I wrapped up some apple seeds for germination. I’m giving growing a honeycrisp tree another shot (I raised one back in 2019-2020 to the seedling stage but it died) 🙂‍↕️ Since our family’s peach orchard died out, why not give apples a try? They keep the vet- I mean doctor away 🤭

I’ve tried, genuinely done my best, not to think like that, but I always loop back. The ugly truth is that whenever I see a couple post or partner appreciation post (which is often), it feels like a gunshot. It hurts me in my most sensitive spot deep down, and it’s mentally demoralizing. (4/5)
