I’ve pitched a compelling case, evidence to back up. For a non lawyer, I’ve done a good job. I felt weight lifting off with the Final draft. Regardless of outcome leaving me with or without further rehab or pain management, I know I did my best. An unnecessary stress ontop of a shit hell year though

Just after midnight, I finished my written submission due today for my ACC Review Hearing on Wednesday. We all know they’re doing everything they can to deny any rehabilitation, while the powers that be let ACC run riot as normal, like this CoC, like WINZ, not a shred of decency or empathy.

In random, bodies are weird, things. I now have a proof of multiple sneezes when I go to bed approximately 2-3 hours after cheese. Haven’t eaten cheese in 30 days because of it happening. Night sneezes disappeared. Tonite, ate cheese at 8pm. Climbed into bed 10 mins ago, so far sneezed 6 times.

They don’t seem to suspect. Put him to bed, took his obvs, gave him a sick bag. He was on his own when I arrived. He has a catheter, to me, that makes him high risk immediately uti test if he’s sick. Seriously considering elsewhere.

Osteo cancelled my treatment today which I reeeeeeally need to manage issues from the fall. The downside of being friends with your treatment provider. So I booked a last min Thai Massage, got someone who focused and worked my areas of concern without superfluous other things. Hip pain is gone 🥳

He was asked who he would vote for if he couldn't vote for the Opportunity Party. “Maybe the National Party,” Eb said.

Asked why, Eb responded that he used to vote for them.

"I used to vote for them a lot of the time when I was a younger person, and then I changed a little bit and started voting for other parties.

"I voted for the Green Party before; I almost voted for the Te Pāti Māori party before. So I'd probably just go back to what I used to do, which is not a good reason to do anything,” Eb said.
