Saved another stinky lad from being bullied by jackdaws. Wobbly fledgling with no tail feathers. Fell asleep in the car on the way to the rescue centre 🩷

Made it my goal to find a fly agaric mushroom this year, and despite searching a few forested areas I couldn't find any. Where did I find this one? 20 metres from my house 😅

It's been a hot minute since I last posted, but I'm still alive and slowly working through comms. I get super sleepy during this time of the year so I'm sorry for the lack of posts/messages 😭 Here's a bunch of mushrooms I found after our recent storm 💜

A variety of mushrooms on a moist moss covered tree stump.

A small cluster of white mushrooms on a moss covered tree stump.

Two large brown parasol mushrooms amongst fallen leaves and English ivy.

A cluster of small yellow mushrooms on a moss covered log.

Instead of scales you could try adding some fur? Similar to Haku from Spirited Away or eastern dragons in general. Or even some small spikes flattened against the neck?

Proximity to this bag of holding has revealed some interesting side effects. I've acquired two holes in my neck and a "Bloodless" status condition. But... that could only mean...?
