Haven't posted much about Trophikos lately, but I've been busy! Lots of UI polish to make everything look great on the Duo! Still got a ways to go, and making some nice, meaningful upgrades to Logging too... #BuildInPublic #iOSDev #iPhoneDuo #SwiftUI

Had to really sit and think about this. I picked my absolute favorite or most important entries for Zelda, Pokemon, and RE. Otherwise I picked based on how formative or important some of these games have been to me. #my9games

Perfect Sunday morning, making progress through Castlevania: SoTN thanks to Gamma on my iPad Air. It’s kind of amazing to me still that Apple finally opened up and officially allowed emulators on the #AppStore.

I am so confused, why are we jumping to 27.2 when 27.1 is still an upcoming release?? #iOSDev #BuildInPublic

Minor update to Trophikos went through review and is live already! All under 12 hours! Thank you App Store reviewers! Bug fixes and a minor update to the App Icon so it looks better on iOS 27! Premium Lifetime is still on sale for $1.99! #IndieDev #BuildInPublic #iOSDev #iPhone

With yesterday’s launch of Trophikos 1.1.0, I did something a lil sneaky, I dropped the Lifetime Premium unlock from $9.99 to $1.99! Go grab it while it’s still on-sale! #iOSDev #BuildInPublic #AppStore #iOS27

How on earth is there no "Go To Album" button here in Apple Music on #macOS?? I get that no one cares about the desktop Apple Music app... Also I'm being vulnerable and showing some of my music taste, don't roast me chat...please

Trophikos 1.0.5 is live on the #AppStore! This update brings accessibility improvements, Siri + widget fixes, and a bunch of polish. I’ve also added a privacy-preserving @twostraws.bsky.social Kickstart Exchange recommendation to Settings for free users. #iOSDev #IndieDev #SwiftUI #BuildInPublic

After the weird Halide Mk III launch, I’ve been experimenting with some other “Pro” camera apps on my 17 Pro Max. Gotta say, Moment Pro Camera ii and its natural processing and raw output are pretty stellar. These are some lightly edited ProRaw files. #ShotOniPhone #iPhonePhotography

with yesterday's github outage, I spent some time getting Trophikos ready for the "wide" iPhone layout, ended up with a 2-column split layout, the NavigationSplitView API made this way easy to implement across my root tab views. #iOSDev #BuildInPublic #iPhoneUltra

love that this longstanding tech website wants us to pay to read their “articles” where they just repost stuff from other websites AND they include typos in their summaries so we at least know it’s not all just LLM drivel

well, thanks to Trophikos being a SwiftUI-first app, supporting the new UI layouts for the folding iPhone is going to be a much smaller endeavor than I imagined. I need to do some tweaking to take advantage of the extra screen real estate. #iOSDev #BuildInPublic #IndieDev #AppStore

The Safari Extension that allows you to open a recipe and import it in one tap! I can’t believe I had omitted this from earlier releases but at least it’s here. Will be quite handy when I get the #macOS version out too.

Quick Actions from the home screen icon, so you can jump in and start a new recipe, or find a favorite. Same idea for the Control Center controls as well!

I started watching Activity Monitor, and only keeping open my dev tools, I was still sitting at almost 16 of 18GB used. With the impending price updates coming, I decided instead of waiting for the M6 refresh, I'd just jump to M5 Pro now…
