At least I tend to copy and sync everything by date modified, with the assumption that I've copied *everything* to the backup drive, rather than what think I need.

Using a lot of folders for organizing is not a bad practice IMO. Might make finding and cross-checking stuff harder, but AFAIK there's better tools for that than raw dogging it in Windows Explorer. Besides, when checking out backups, I think the most useful way would probably be to check the dates

And after that, you probably should focus on organizing the stuff that's still relevant, rather than doing it perfectly from all data. Trying to organize and clean everything from the get go is a fucking slog. Storage space is still relatively cheap, even with lots of duplicates.

Re-organizing stuff always takes a lot of time. I don't know if this works in your case, but I think it might be better to just dump everything into the same folder first as duplicates, and then later organize them into folders by filename or project, and only then start removing redundant copies.

Excellent time to remind people of the ol' 3-2-1 backup strategy: at least 3 copies, at least 2 different medias (PC and external drive/cloud), and at least 1 offsite (external drive outside your home, possibly crypted files). And if you're not using cloud, then backups every few months at minimum.

My plans for the next story is that Lily (my main OC) treating her with some better stuff, so she probably does end up a bit bigger than last time. Such a thing will be happening next year at earliest, though

Haven't set anything in stone for her, but I don't think she'll have much control over her muscles. Instead a rough narrative idea is that she'll keep ending up growing into a meatball, and then enduring a shrinkdown every time, and eventually will learn to control her dosage in the long run. Maybe.

At some point, you just had to curb your perfectionism with the ol' "good enough, do better next time". Hope ya'll enjoy it regardless. Kinda wanna go into a deeper dive into everything about this project, since there were so much stuff involved. But that's a story for later.

Most of the comic and their frames were kinda made as I went along, so it might be kinda bleh or weird at times.This is also my first time ever making a comic, so plenty of lessons had to be learned, and it shows. Be it the writing, the flow, framing, lighting...

I originally meant to do a ref sheet and a turntable, but instead pivoted to directly making use of her model. This was originally going to be an animation, but technical difficulties and the gargantuan amount of work it would've involved made me switch to a comic instead.

RGB has some practical use for a keyboard IMO. I like my keys to have some subtle lighting if I'm gaming in relative darkness, and to match color temp with outside light to make it easier on the eyes. Default RGB settings tend to overly bright and tacky.

I don't have brand to recommend per say, but stay away from Razer's shit. Quality's gone down significantly in the last few years. Last keyboard lasted about 3 years, and the current one has issues registering function key shortcuts. Plus, to config any RGB features on your PC, you need an account.

I think so? At least I've never had to think about pen batteries for my Kamvas. You can always check what kind of pen comes with the tablet and google the pen model and it's specs to make sure.

...but with more lightweight and more sensible connector (I hate those flat, flimsy connectors the Cintiq 13HD came with). Pen didn't have an eraser tip, but I think you can order one separately? A minor annoyance, but not a deal breaker ultimately, IMO

If you can do without an eraser tip (or care enough/can afford to order a compatible pen with one), then I think Huion Kamvas tablets are a decent choice. I can't speak for 16 inch models but Kamvas 13HD Pro is about as good as a equivalent Cintiq IMO...

Of course, sculpting them into the models is also an option, provided there's enough natural geometry to work with. If not, wouldn't recommend destructive modeling / dyntopo as tend to fuck up weight paints on the models.

You could try to look for one at smutba.se Making your own shouldn't be too hard either. Free poseable human base models are *somewhat widely* available, and placing to spheres for the ass & tiddy for references sake is relatively trivial. Limb sizes can be adjusted at the same time as the pose.
