Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 17/09/2026Sign up for updates! gomodo.iogomodo.ioModoA new generation of toys. Coming soon. 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 17/09/2026Toys have been losing kids to screens for years. We think that's a winnable fight. I'm excited to introduce MODO — a new startup building a new generation of toys good enough to actually compete with screens. Our first toy is a car I've spent the last year working on. Incredibly challenging. 100
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 16/09/2026The verbose and overly technical outputs from Opus are a real threat to Anthropic right now. While a seemingly innocuous problem which might just be "annoying" it's slowing down workflows in real ways. When an AI can't communicate effectively everything starts getting messy. 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 22/09/2025I’ve been inspired by the Disney boycott. Thinking of putting together a list of other ways you can act (in addition to voting). What should I put on the list? 020
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 15/09/2025Momentum is such a driving factor in success. The scientific definition helps underscore the components of momentum. Momentum = mass x veolcity. Momentum has a direction and a magnitude. The bigger the team, or the faster you move, the harder it is to change that momentum! 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 15/09/2025Which will (has) AI canibalized first? UX Visual Design 010
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 15/09/2025Is it just me, or does it feel like the pace progress with AI tools has started to slow or even slide backwards in some cases? 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 15/09/2025In times of uncertainty, I've found myself turning to a strategy we often use when building products -- always looking to decrease single points of failure. fFrom sources of income to parenting to child care the more uncertainty the more you want to have a back up plan! 110
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 11/09/2025The @bambulabglobal.bsky.social super tack smooth plate is epic. 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 10/06/2025Being a startup founder is tough. You know you're going to encounter some bumps... but sometimes you hit one so big you almost fly off the horse. If you've ever experienced that, you know it's beyond just thinking your way out of it. It can feel demoralizing. #Startups #Entrepreneurship 020
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 05/06/2025Has anyone simulated geopolitics with AI yet? I know it has a war games feel to it but I actually think it would be awesome political commentary. 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 05/06/2025I’ve yet to talk to someone who actually thinks their team would be more productive back in the office. 210
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 05/06/2025I think one is technically a thing and the other a place. 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 05/06/2025I think some of that stuff is promised but not released yet. Although I’m just starting to explore the capabilities. 010
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 05/06/2025Agree that the competition is healthy! Dust still settling though! 010
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 05/06/2025Just started playing with manus. Interesting to use it for more complex tasks. Can also create actual website or web apps. 110
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 04/06/2025Makes it a lot harder to build community when you're stretched across multiple platforms. Would love to hear your experienece and where your communities have run to. 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 04/06/2025Do I have a post about design? I've found that Bluesky has the strongest design community. Web 3, they're still on X. Entreprenuership, startups? I guess Linkedin? 100
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 04/06/2025When Twitter died, I found my online community was torn apart and thrown to various corners of the internet. Some stayed with X, others left for Bluesky, some just quit social media altogether. For me, each platform has become more niche, which is a challenge! 200
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 04/06/2025The feature where ChatGPT remembers things across different conversations. 010
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 04/06/2025I’m sorry to hear that! That post for me was actually all about my own journey. About reminding myself that I get more from the actually process than any other part of it. 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 04/06/2025Same starting info. Same initial prompts. A chasm between the quality of the outputs. #AI #Solopreneur 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 04/06/2025And I’m not talking about a marginally better response. I’m talking about things like a Claude nailing the design and build of a landing page after a single prompt and a few background docs. Whereas I spent over an hour with chat gpt and still never really got what I wanted. 100
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 04/06/2025ChatGPT is slowly losing the throne for my most used AI. Most complex tasks I ask of an AI, I do across multiple platforms. Almost always ChatGPt and Claude. But also Perplexity and Manus. This week, Claude has been hands down beating that gpt on takes I’ve been throwing at them. 200
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 04/06/2025And for the most part I posted for myself. Lessons I learned. Nuggests of wisdom I picked up. Insights i uncovered Was it fun building an audience? Absolutely. But I actually found the process of posting to be even more rewarding. It helped me put down on paper the things I was thinking and feeling 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 04/06/2025I grew my twitter following from 0-35k in under a year. The secret? I just kept posting. Throughout that journey the number of tweets I had almost always correlated 1:1 with the number of followers I had. 210
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 02/06/2025If Claude has the same memory capabilities as ChatGPT it would win-out on most tasks. But I find their current "project knowledge" workaround to be clunky at best. #AI 100
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 02/06/2025Don’t get me wrong, I love Asana. It’s my preferred task-management tool and have used it for over a decade (and will continue to). But I do think they could work on both how they’re incorporating and talking about AI features. 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 02/06/2025Whether or not the features are indeed rooted in user problems is hard to say, but it ends up completely undermining what could be big For example they say: “Customize any workflow with AI Studio” But something more impactful might be: “Never miss a step in your process”lnkd.inLinkedInThis link will take you to a page that’s not on LinkedIn 100
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 02/06/2025Great example of “AI Stuffing” with the latest Asana announcement. Entire page focuses on the new ways AI can be leveraged w/o talking about what user problems that actually addresses. lnkd.in/gk7kXJrdlnkd.inLinkedInThis link will take you to a page that’s not on LinkedIn 100
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 31/05/2025Failing is my favorite thing to do. It means I got to a clear answer. A dead end. #StartupSky #Founder 000
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 31/05/2025One of my biggest accomplishments last year was a failed startup I cofounder called Pulse. We had a strong hypothesis. Worked quickly to validate it. And when it was clear the signal wasn’t there, we shut it down. It’s easy to cling to ideas for too long. #StartupSky #Founders #Startups 010
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 31/05/2025And it turns out, that first step you need to take, was your first thought. Think less. Do more. #Entrepreneurship #Founders #Startups 010
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 31/05/2025All this thinking is awesome. Right? I mean, didn’t the smartest people in history spend most of their time thinking. But then you realize… wow. All I’ve done is think, and I haven’t actually done anything. 110
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 31/05/2025Then you write it down. And rethink it. Maybe you type it into an AI and have the AI do some thinking. Then when you think you’ve thunk it all, you think you have a breakthrough. And you need to rethink everything. 110
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 31/05/2025The overthinking spiral is such a death trap. You feel super smart when you keep thinking about something. Which feels awesome. So you think about it some more. 110

Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 30/05/2025When it doesn’t work—man, is it frustrating. You’ve been lulled into thinking this thing can do anything, so when it makes a simple mistake or just won’t grasp the concept you’re asking about, you’re reminded there’s still a ways to go. 100
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 30/05/2025When it works, it’s like magic. You 10x your productivity, do things you never thought possible, and move at lightning speed. 100
Saul Sutcher 🤓 @saulsutcher.com · 30/05/2025I’ve been spending A LOT of time working with different AI tools lately. Most of my experiences fall somewhere on this spectrum: --- Wow, this really is the future <––> This doesn’t quite work yet --- 100
