there's "tumblr prose" discourse going on at the Other Site so i'll say this: i don't think flowery tumblr prose is bad. i appreciate the "say it with feeling" of it all, and prefer it to conciseness (because "tumblr prose" is generally short anyways). it's okay to let people write their emotions
