If I restart my offline Pokopia save, it's likely because I'm doing the exact things my main save did. I forgot I did a lot of terraforming of Bleak Beach, because it was before the Basin update. Besides, where are the stone benches at! I'm getting first aid kits and iron tiles before stone things!

That's the refund requested for the missing package. It's not like they could tell me where it ended up, because the assumption was it was me. So it was either across the road, the house it's always mistaken as, or somewhere else entirely. Nobody's come my way, so it's likely option 3.
