I don’t think that said accountability is currently happening, but that doesn’t mean you can’t design a different system where it does happen. The lack of accountability is because the current systems are designed to not provide accountability, not because a system inherently can’t be accountable.

I’m more of a werewolf: the forsaken fan for various reasons, but I did contribute to some fan made rules for porting wolfborn werewolves into forsaken, since that’s one of the few ideas I like from Apocalypse that wasn’t already carried over.

Yeah, I am not a fan of Malks, especially how they are done in Masquerade. I do like NMD’s take on Reqiuem Malks where they aren’t mentally ill at all and just have reality warping powers that cause other vampires to perceive them that way. But the original Malk concept is just bad.

Of all the bad news to be coming out of the gaming industry this is particularly upsetting to me as someone who is from a multi disability family because Xbox was actually doing some cool shit on the gaming accessibility front and having that team be hit by the layoffs so heavily is awful.

I think one of the best ideas White Wolf had was giving their werewolves both the Wolfman and bipedial wolf forms. And as episode five of Hunter: the parenting showed us, using the two forms together can create some very good dramatic tension and horror but I won’t explain how because spoilers.

They also have different views of culture. classic apocalypse sees culture as something ancestral that’s waiting for you to reconnect with it. Forsaken sees culture as a living thing that you build and adapt to your surroundings , any ancestral cultures you may have only matter if you want it to.
