After my dad's stroke he lost the use of the left side of his body. Not a day goes by that I don't watch myself do things with both hands or feet -simple things like getting a plate from the cabinet - and feel grateful.

The most important thing you can do to alleviate the climate crisis is vote. Corporations want you to think it's recycling or buying electric cars -but that's just to put the onus on the individual where it does not belong. Policy change is the only change that matters.

The girls volleyball team is selling mums to buy new gear, also unhoused people need tents and sleeping bags -can you donate? The cognitive dissonance of these two types of "needs" is too much for me.
