Here's how you would check for that Also also also, your PC taking a few minutes to boot *might* be normal if your PC is doing DRAM-training. Basically under certain circumstances, the PC performs an extended self-test on boot where it makes sure the RAM can operate properly at its current settings

The other thing would be updating the UEFI. This part is actually substantially easier, and this model is still receiving updates dated to even a few months ago: This can *sometimes* be the simplest fix, especially for hardware behaving flaky or having boot issues

Okay so what I was going to recommend is clearing the UEFI/BIOS RAM. Basically resetting it to factory settings. Since the defaults are usually perfectly fine anyway, this would be a good first troubleshooting step Unfortunately... this model makes it a bit annoying to do so:
