Naked ladies were out the other morning when I was taking out the trash.

A bunch of flowers coming out of the grass with a concrete wall and road in background. Flowers have skinny naked stems. Long lily petals are light pink to yellow furthest in. Buds and flowers not fully open are darker pink.

As a competitive swimmer, I mostly swam butterfly, IM, and distance free. My left shoulder was always sore, but like, whatever. Now I’m 40 and my left shoulder is always sore and it really sucks!
