If caught with one, he'd blame it on being a dragon, because it'd be easier for him to lie about that than admit he already had a covetous side when he was human. Maybe a wooden mask too. And because he's still too intimidating for people to raise a fuss, he mistakenly thinks it's a good disguise for entering towns. 130
