Canning is exhausting but i really like using the fruit 🤷‍♀️ grateful that I'm feeling well enough this year to do this. Last year i tried to do a roasted fig preserve and burned them so they were like Robitussin. All trash. Still... I'm WIPED.

House I stayed at over New Year's has forks with only 3 prongs. They were overly long, too, weird proportion. I see this as an act of violence. Every person on the trip individually had a reaction to the forks. Neurodivergents, we attract our own and make more 😅
