I wrote my engineering thesis on net zero building policy for NSW in 2011. With many similar recommendations. It is sad that governments have focused so little on energy efficiency, and addressing building standards and energy inequality tenants!

Wealth inequality is a key driver of fascism. Taxing the wealthy and redistributing wealth leads to better societal outcomes, including for the rich, who I suspect don't actually want to live in their bunkers 💸
