Hetty Lui McKinnon's chickpeas al limone recipe on the New York Times Cooking site is my current favorite. Olive oil, garlic, three cans of chickpeas, lemon and parmesan. I put cottage cheese on top of it instead of burrata. Perfect with a big hunk of sourdough.
