The NTNU team is working on introducing a biosensor for key plant hormone involved in #drought stress into various mutant backgrounds 1st mutant line is showing promising results under confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM)! 📸 Featured work by @sara-morghen.bsky.social #PlantScience #Science
Seedlings are screened to ensure the hormone biosensor is expressed before imaging.The seedlings are imaged using CLSM under control conditions and after treatment with sorbitol to mimic drought stress.
