Steve joins them at the studio bc Eddie wants him there on his days off from work, first to get high off of just knowing him being able to Have Him. then he realizes Steve doesnt really get the "being silent during a recording session" thing. Eddie doesnt care. Steves voice is sweeter than any music

I think he'd love to humanize their work like that. Steve's voice makes the song feel more full, especially when hes laughing. Jeffs voice cracking makes the emotions real. Gareth screwing up the beat a little at the top of the song sets the tone. Freak swearing as his string breaks makes it fun
