It is #waynewednesday once again 💖 👴👶 It’s the early evening when Wayne walks up to Steve’s recovery room. There were plenty of people in the lobby who were waiting (not so patiently) for their turn, but Eddie and Steve insisted he come up first, and, well, he won’t lie, he’s a little nervous.

Preorders for @stevieinlove.bsky.social zine are coming soon!!! Here’s a little sneak peek of my fic 💖

Eddie was a fast growing friend. He worked at the gaming store a few blocks down. Dustin is enamored by Eddie and … well, Stevie might be too.

But Eddie is not into her.

She's tried everything she could without straight up asking him out. Flirting. Twisting her hair around her fingers. Joining a Dungeons and Doofuses game with the kids. Hell, she tried comparing hand sizes during one of their weekly movie nights with Robin (big, by the way) — but nothing worked.

He's just not into her.

"Can't a guy stop by and say hi to his favorite barista?" Eddie leaned his elbow on the counter, resting his chin on his fist and giving Stevie the sweetest smile.

Steve may be a bit self-conscious about the costume Eddie chose. So of course Nancy attends the same party. Of course she seeks Steve out to use him as a punching bag. Of course Steve lets it happen... No. Wait. Steve finally stands up for himself. Holidate Ch. 9 is now live! - Halloween 🔗👇
