Ooooof. I saw worse but that was decades ago. Double stack all the way down 13L/31R AND Taxiway C. (Potato quality 1st gen iPhone photo)
Potato-quality photo out the window of an airport terminal. In the foreground a jet bridge and parking space are empty. In the background airplanes are parked in two rows, nose to tail, further out on the airfield.

Even though the car clearly says “excess height” you must know that it is simply impossible to run tall cargo under the wire.

NYC's governmental dysfunction in one image. New paint on a recently upgraded bike lane, but with a big gap where there are potholes & disgusting trash water. DOT upgrades bike lanes, Parks continues to set trash in a place that makes the bike lane degrade quickly.

“Why doesn’t NYC just use Klinkers?” Because when NYC does, this is what you end up with.
A crosswalk extends halfway across a city street made of interlocking bricks. The half of the crosswalk nearer to the camera is missing, and is instead paved in asphalt.

Just say "great cities aren't where the poor have cars, they're where the rich ride transit" and post this photo

Just further proof that the best way to see an incredibly rare car is to go for a bike ride.
A Mercedes 300SL convertible drives along a narrow European road through a field. A wooden fence runs along the far side of the road. The background features trees and steep hills.

Lil' sis adds this photo of the connector from Schermerhorn to Ashland. Kinda wish the bike lane was further left, closer to the trees, to leave more sidewalk space.

Why not lay the groundwork for electrified CitiBike stations at the corner while you dig up the power cabling for streetlights? Why not start embedding power points to allow street vendors to ditch their generators? Why don't we make the streets *better* while we already have to spend this money?
A hatch is open on a paved area near a small stone curb. The underside of the hatch has various electrical plugs and controls allowing for power cables to be connected. Several of the ports have power cables connected that lead off screen.

Here’s the interior of the Concorde that chased an eclipse. You can see the holes they cut in the roof for observations.
Interior of an airplane fuselage, one that is unusually narrow. There are no seats. And equipment lines the edges of the floor. A frame attached to the ceiling surrounds two dark portholes pointing upwards.

Not sure what neighborhood you live in, but the Furman Center's map of commute modeshare shows that every neighborhood that is getting trash containers has more than 85% car-free commutes (that is, even if households own a car, they don't use it to get to work).
Screenshot of the Furman Center economic indicators of NYC map. The map is displaying percentage of car-free commutes using color intensity, and is cropped to show much of Manhattan and the near ends of Brooklyn and Queens. A popover for Brooklyn Heights & Fort Greene shows that 86.56% of residents commute without a car. All of Manhattan, and the inner sections of Brooklyn & Queens, are dark blue, showing that they also have car-free commuting rates of above 85%. Many of the other neighborhoods that are dense are a medium blue, which indicates more than 76% of commutes are car-free. Other, further out neighborhoods are lighter blue or green, indicating they have over 68% or over 53% car-free commutes, respectively.

Of course, on the way home I saw the NYPD’s opinion of a “safe” street. Illegally parked, blocking a bike lane, illegal lift, illegal tints, illegal poke.
A large white pickup truck sits obstructing a bike lane inside of a quick curb, which is designed to dissuade cars from parking in a space. The vehicle is clearly lifted, has wheels and tires, which extend beyond the body, and has illegal tints.

NYPD are ruining Summer Streets. They’ve transformed a shared open space into one of constant conflict between walkers and bikers. Every intersection now looks like this: a narrow gap that *forces* cycles and pedestrians to interact dangerously, merging at an acute angle.
An intersection in a dense city. Across the intersection, three police cars form a roadblock with a narrow gap. One of the police cars sits up on the sidewalk, blocking it. An intersection with a large stone wall on one side. Two police cars form a barricade with a narrow gap between them. One of them blocks the sidewalk, which has forced an elderly man in a cane to walk into the narrow gap between them. Two runners are visible also headed for the gap. A crosswalk sits in the foreground of a city scene with large walls on either side. Two police cars are parked nose to nose, blocking the entire street with an extremely narrow gap between the two of them. The right most one obstructs the entire sidewalk as well.

Tired of these cyclists riding the wrong way in the bike lane and constantly disrespecting the law and others’ safety.

I mean... I personally output a peak of about 900W so... On a serious note, while an individual rider might not need 750W continuous (though I think that's debatable), lots of different types of bikes *do* need that many watts.
A tricycle e-bike with a large box-shaped cargo container at the front crosses a bridge over a canal. The rider is wearing a high-visibility jacket. The bicycle is painted with the livery of a dutch delivery company.A woman rides an Urban Arrow-branded bakfiets-style cargo bike across flagstone paving in an urban park or square. The bike's front cargo area contains 3 small children and is covered by a canvas roof with the sides rolled up. One of the children has his arms extended over the sides of the bike box, enjoying the sensation of movement.

NYCDOT: we must allow space for double parking otherwise the road will be blocked. Outcome: social permission for parking in a loading zone, double parking, bus blocked anyway.

Is this NYC’s first head-height bike light? Not on yet, but there’s another for the northbound lanes still covered in sackcloth.
A small, eye-level traffic light is attached to a larger pole holding larger lights facing in the opposite direction. The pole is signed as Bleecker Street and Lafayette Street. A city street corner with tall stone buildings is behind the pole.
