That was 95 minutes of unfiltered joy. Charming, hilarious, and poignant. It also has quietly mind blowing craft throughout. Wild that a Looney Tunes movie feels more like a real movie than a good chunk of studio movies from the last 10 years.

I generally try to give Lucasfilm the benefit of the doubt, and I've liked the majority of their output since 2014, but announcing yet another trilogy instead of focusing on making a movie that works on its own merits is pretty hard to defend.

Somehow missed that Jamie Dornan is playing Aragorn in HUNT FOR GOLLUM. Don't envy anyone needing to step into Viggo's boots but that's honestly good casting. Plus he, too, has appeared in mediocre steamy thrillers.

Any Top 100 list is bound to leave out bona fide heavy hitters and it's not worth any kind of outrage. But leaving off SILICON VALLEY and ADVENTURE TIME is legitimately baffling to me. Especially when HOUSE OF CARDS and gd LOUIE made the list.
