I enjoy game development, but even I can't deny its hard when there's no funding, and doing it out of passion in a world where you need money is hard Put depression/anxiety/life stress on top of that and it easily leads to burnout Be sure to give Eros plenty of love for me, they deserve all of it

I always knew my depression dips were also involuntary, but this anxiety has been on a whole different level and I've got some anxiety medication coming But it's hard to express how "this anxiety is physically crippling me" when "anxiety" to most people makes them think "just stop worrying"

"Don't worry about what hasn't happened" is great advice if the anxiety is purely mental It does nothing if I'm writhing on my bed with no energy, trying to stop my brain from doing anything with overstimulation, and just trying to enjoy things I used to love with little to no real joy

You know what developing severe anxiety later in my life has taught me? How involuntary it all is All the "don't be stressed" advice and thinking in the world doesn't stop my chest from feeling like its crushing my lungs and my heart might stop at a moments notice

I need a job that doesn't require me to break my body to perform it. I don't mind occasionally lifting or moving heavy things, but if that's the entire job the entire time, it will break me I'm not that young anymore, but not *that* old, and I want my body to still work into my older age

I do have some minor complaints, mostly that the "overarching" story didnt advance as much as I would have liked, but the Dark World nore than makes up for that Chapter 6 probably won't be till 2027 but I am eager to see what happens next

Fr though, and no spoilers! But it was easily the most fun chapter to play so far, and easily had some of the best new character additions in the game just, flat out Tons of great jokes, scenes, and character development all around, highly recommend all of it
