Military leaders don't get "rattled". Their entire profession is killing people and oftentimes putting themselves at risk to do so. Highly unlikely a piece of paper with names on it will "rattle" them.

The international order where the russian terrorist state is a permanent, veto-wielding member of the United Nations Security Council is not worth preserving. For world peace to be possible, it is better to destroy the russian terrorist state and build a new international order.

Inspiring how a courageous group of parliamentary legislators stood firm against a President (Yoon Suk Yeol) who overstepped his authorities and attempted to use his nation’s military in repressing democratic rights. A pretty good example of checks on presidential power.
