SUMMARY: Boasberg finds probable cause that the Trump admin willfully violated his court order. He gives them two options: 1. "Purge contempt" by affording all class members due process previously denied. 2. Give up the names of those who defied the order, for possible prosecution for contempt.

III. Conclusion For the foregoing reasons, the Court will find probable cause that Defendants’ actions constitute contempt. It will provide them an opportunity to purge such contempt. There is no evidence that Abrego Garcia is a member of MS13. He was denied bail in 2019 because a "confidential informant advised that he was an active member of MS-13" but did not pursue charges after his release. If they had credible evidence they would've brought him to court!
