TW CW : Weight loss Since I was on my period recently I decided to just use the app for tracking instead of actually reaching my goals But I still managed to lose a SLITHER of weight (0.4kg lol) I'm going from an average of 2,636 calories a day to 1,750 and its pathetic how hard it feels 😭
