Such an ignorant and tired old joke. Fact: you don't see cat skeletons in trees because they've either fallen and been consumed, or been preyed upon by racoons or raptors. Some remain stuck in trees for weeks on end, because they can't figure out how to shimmy down feet first.

So many kitties can't figure this out: you must shimmy down the same way you climb up. They try to go down head first, and their claws won't work that way. And they will sometimes sit there for weeks, frozen in fear. Rescuers often chase them further up the tree. Bravo to this woman and kitty!❤️

It just comes out of my mouth automatically, she is that good!
