Yes you can play with it. It's not overly sensitive but my ex loved to play with it. It's been there forever, a doctor once told me it's just extra skin from when I was cut but unfortunately a lot of people get scared by it thinking it's something nasty😪😭. That's why I'm usually scared to post pics.
