I’m 8 months post TKR revision and about to hit a 200 day streak on Peloton. Started Peloton personal training 3 months ago and have consistently been doing 3-4 hours of strength training per week. Feeling stronger than ever these days!!

Debating removing my port and j tube. I still do IV antibiotics once or twice a year but might just prefer a picc vs replacing this port. Never use my j tube anymore just said I’d never get rid of it since it was so painful to get but I’m almost 8 years post transplant and so healthy now….

Tokyo Disney was amazing especially Disney sea. After HK I just have Paris Disney left.. trying to hit them all lol. Your trip looks so fun!!! I loved how many characters were out and interacting at Disney Tokyo!

The reason why I'm so angry has a lot to do with the lives that will be lost — people are absolutely going to die as a direct result of Senate Democrats folding on health care. It also has a lot to do with the suffering that was endured — people were struggling to get by without food assistance. 🧵
