في الذكرى الثالثة لتوقيع اتفاق ضبط الهجرة بين "الاتحاد الأوروبي" وتونس، بات في غاية الوضوح أن الاتفاق يغذي الانتهاكات ضد المهاجرين والتونسيين على حد سواء. على قادة الاتحاد تعليق التمويل الذي يعزز الانتهاكات وربط الدعم المستقبلي بالتقدم في حقوق الإنسان في تونس.
