I know this is the bed they’ve made and it’s time to lie in it but the McIlrath situation isn’t tenable. You just can’t play 5 actual D + McIlrath and expect good things to come. In the short term you can kinda make it work (would be nice to even out their workload though) but the pairs are chaos

Not a complaint as much as an observation that this is just shy of the thriller/horror line. This is often tense and well paced but doesn’t have that elusive horror quality, in the same vein as Jurassic Park (though I’d put that on the far side of the line)

120 of #100HorrorMoviesIn92Days was The Haunting (1999). I last saw this in the theater and remembered it fondly. On a return I still like this a lot. It looks great, is paced well, and has some fantastic casting. It made sense when I saw Jan de Bont directed. Lighting also top notch, very bright

Maybe you give Strome a break and actually deploy him as a top six C, something like: 89-22/34-43 21-17-9 8-62-25 72-22/34-53/63 Strome and Pro aren’t the fastest skaters so having a zippy guy like Leonard (or Frank?) would help mitigate that. Hopefully whatever PLD has is a 24 hour bug
