she's too young for SoMe, so I gave it to her (someone's gotta be her #1 fan) so she could send me photos of her artworks. With her mother's consent, I agreed, and now I am an unofficial aunt to these kids It was a weird train ride and a very unusual outcome, but I really liked the outcome of it

while waiting on the train after work, two kids came up to me and complimented my drawings (my first day back at doodling again after a LONG time), and it spiraled into me sitting w them on the train w their mom and talked about art and passion. At some point, the girl wanted my number.

it's just so unfortunate timing, but hey what can one do.

a close up of a white cat 's face with blue eyes looking at the camera .

for the past few months I've almost not made anything. no doodles, no art or boards of any kind, mostly because of life and geing pregnant is a pain, but hey! The ONE day I decide to sit down and work on storyboards for a neglected project is the same day the creator decides to put it on hold.

Because some people haven't heard it yet: PAYPAL IS NOT A BANK, DO NOT LEAVE MORE THAN A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS SITTING IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME. MOVE IT TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. Paypal can and will close your account and steal all your money without warning. And have done MANY times.

Blue Dream thread Update with one or two pages every Sunday. Pages 1 - 4 / 35 #arcane #jayvik #bluedreamcomic

Page 1 : A street. It’s winter and everything is grey, except a blue house : the Blue Dream Massage Parlor.
A panel with Sky saying : Viktor, you’re in pain all the time ! Please do something for yourself. For once. You can’t go on like this.

Page 2 : Inside Blue Dream parlor. We see a counter with a cat, a bell and a note : Be right back ! Ring here.
Two panels of hands.
First : a hand clenching on a cane
Second : a hand rigging the bell

Page 3 : Viktor is waiting. He looks uncomfortable. He’s wearing a coat, a warm scarf, trousers and ankle boots. He has a medical knee brace on his right knee.
The cat is stretching and making his way to the door on the back.
A voice is coming from behind the curtain.
J : Hello ! Viktor isn’t it ? 4 pm ?
V : … Yes ( first name ?)
J : Welcome ! Come in, come in

Page 4 : Behind the curtain is the massage room. Jayce is washing his hands. He’s wearing a t-shirt and very short shorts. He also has a medical brace on his left leg.
Viktor is taken by surprise.
V (in his head) : wtf. Sky didn’t tell me he was hot ! Are those booty shorts ?
He does a double take.
V (in his head) : wait ! Is that …
He doesn’t finish his thought

he hasn't stopped calling~ have you? 🫵 how to call: stop-paypros.neocities.org info and resources on pay discrimination: cartoonist.coop/censorship-p...

drawing of a man laying on bed with an old school phone in hand. he has a speech bubble that says "I'm so confused~ is what i'm buying illegal?" the text on the page says "keep calling and writing until payment processor censorship is reversed. one call a day makes a difference! mastercard and visa's statements aren't good enough. let's keep up the pressure together!"

Look you just have to make the cool weird shit that excites you. You must. In this world besieged by bland, scrubbed boring, computer slop, you must. Make the thing you’re embarrassed to make, the thing that feels “too much” because otherwise we get drowned in a sea of cowardly work made by a button

Let's Keep Calling!

An image of a huge jackboot crushing a comic artist and a bunch of comic pages. The boot is marked by the logos for MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, and Stripe. Below the image there is text which reads: Don't let Payment Processors tell YOU what you can buy! It is not a payment processor's role to decide what kind of content you can or cannot spend money on, so long as it is a legal transaction. Fight back against the unjust policies hurting artists and creators online!

Also I think keith would understand just how hard it is for lance to be touchstarved, as a touchstarved kid himself. Which is why he so dead set on hugging and helping lance

010 1

Not to villanize allura, but if Lance didn't catch what she said to the team, and she hits him with the "can you hear with your disgusting ears, or are they malfunctioning too?!" I can imagine that line from her be hitting him the HARDEST Thought back to their first encounter

010 1

The pain is jolting through his body, causing so much internal disaster, but keith keeps hugging him, knowing that lance is hurting way more than anyone right now #klance

As this goes on, keith arrives back from BOM to hear about it, and visits lance in 'confinement' as the paladin calls it. Keith tries to touch, but lance runs away like a tortured animal, scared as hell to hurt his friends. Yelling at him to stop, keith digs his fingers into him and hugs him.

I want touchstarved #langst as he dives into water on a planet that makes his body laced w shock factors, causing everyone he touches pain. Queue lance retreats from all social settings and fall deeper into despair as he truly feels alone, not being able to highfive, hug, lean or anything.
