Here a video recording of the premiere of Wieland Hoban's "Zendegi Bayad Kard" (2023) – a wonderful new sax solo that remained unpremiered for far too long! As always, microtonal structures become pure magic in St. Peter church in Köln. youtu.be/fsyzgIqLYKM

Our performance of “Voltage” by Günter Steinke at Wittener Tage für neue Kammermusik 2026 is featured in this retrospective broadcast by WDR3. What a pleasure to listen to it again! You can listen to it for the next 30 days! Link: www1.wdr.de/radio/wdr3/p...

Another recent recording I'm quite fond of: Here the video of the premiere of @evan-johnson.bsky.social's hauntingly beautiful and fragile jewel "Woefully arrayed" for saxophone and guitar, premiered by Duo Galeano/Javaid past June. Headphones highly recommended! youtu.be/ZBIUjBpWZ4o

I’ve had time to visit my family in Prague for the first time in a looong while — so happy I did, I missed rakvičky more than I thought. Last picture is proof of my Bohemian blood.

While the summer is still not quite over, but definitely warm (!), we are already hard at work preparing for our next concerts. We are looking forward to the rest of the year! #neuemusik #ContemporaryMusic #trioabstrakt #chambermusic #music

I'm quite fond of this recording we did with Duo Galeano/Javaid, premiering "Pfad(e) I-VII" by Sam Hayden. Absolutely adore this piece with its tonal language and the soundscapes it unfolds. Highly recommend headphones while listening to enjoy the reverb of St. Peter Köln! youtu.be/ODM3gar6eMw

Found this nice message today in a pile of the usual boring mail ♥️ (obviously in reference to the flag in our window 🇵🇸)

Hi everyone! I’m giving social media another try with this bsky profile. I’m not sure what this will turn into, but let’s see what I can do here!
