One of the most stressful thing about being a modern CEO is the salary gap has gotten so large that you have to carry so much animosity from your workers. Reducing your salary is a sure way to reduce that major source of stress.

Without street parking and car traffic, Chinatown is more like a ghost town with people having no other way to access all the businesses. This is not a sustainable model.
