A ceremonial game of Kemari, a game from the 7th Century similar to hacky sack, played in Heian era robes at Kyoto's Imperial Palace. 京都御所で、平安時代の装束を身にまとって行われる、7世紀に起源を持つハッキーサックに似た遊び「蹴鞠」の儀式。

Trains cross over the Kanda River next to Ochanomizu Station. Rather than shoot from the nearby Hijiribashi Bridge, I chose this spot on Sotobori Street in order to get closer to the red Marunouchi Line trains. I was able to get all four trains in a single photo, whereas last time I needed to composite two different shots. Shot on Kodak Ektacolor 400 film. 御茶ノ水駅のそばで、列車が神田川を渡っていく。近くの聖橋から撮影するのではなく、丸ノ内線の赤い列車に近づけるように、外堀通りのこの場所を選んだ。 前回は2枚の写真を合成する必要があったが、今回は4本の列車すべてを1枚の写真に収めることができた。コダックエクタカラー400フィルムで撮影。
