Sword Art Online Alicization Good but not as good as i remember bit more dry in parts & devolves into a word soup a lot Some of the best fights in the series & emotional highs because when it hits its going right for the gut Also some of the best sound effects its had if thats not strange to say

Sword Art Online the Movie: Ordinal Scale That certainly was a thing I watched I wanted to like it & i thought the first half was really funny because when you take away the weapons & monsters its still an ARG so the villain is just assaulting random people in the street

How much do you think it would cost to get Peter Hitchener to do an audio version of a Warhammer book?

I have finished Grand Blue S3 with @serpderp.bsky.social Not better than S1 but a marked improvement from S2 Eps with the Leeches were also watchable instead of unbearable When not on the leeches tho, it's still one of the best comedies coming out Really looking forward to S4

So I had the strangest dream today where I was at my local warhammer store & on a screen they had on the wall there was a video of Peter Hitchener playing where he was reading Rules & Lore excerpts from the new Space Marine codex

38th Game finished for the year Ace Combat 5 It terms of story this is the absolute peak of the series and probably one of the all time greats for the PS2 If your a fan of the series from the newer games you owe it to yourself to experience it atleast once

Well now that Assault Horizon is done It's time to go through peak storytelling in the Ace Combat series

Or just to sum it up in one gif

000

Saint Ocean @saintocean.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

For my more comprehensive thoughts on Ace Combat Assault Horizon that can't fit into a single tweet these are my thoughts I sent to a friend last night just before the final mission set

100

Saint Ocean @saintocean.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

37th game finished for the year Ace Combat Assault Horizon I'm not gonna say the hate for this game is over blown but I honestly had a real good time with it compared to 15 years ago It's a 7th gen 360 FPS strapped ducktaped into a cockpit but I came out of it with pretty much all positives

Saint Ocean @saintocean.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Sword Art Online: Extra Edition Recap movie of the first season with some scenes cut in of characters talking about there feelings on what happened like a 25-minute OVA of them running a dungeon at the beach I skipped through the recap and just watched the original scenes

100

Saint Ocean @saintocean.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Did Assault Horizon always have Idolmasters skins? I know they were a thing in 6 but I can't remember them here & I feel i would remember slapping the weeb skin on in the America fuck yeah game

010

Saint Ocean @saintocean.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Add one to the Yuri Lowenthal counter Off the top of my head he's like 3 or 4 ace combat games

010

Saint Ocean @saintocean.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

010

Saint Ocean @saintocean.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

36th game finished for the year Ace Combat 6 Played the Recomped PC version God I love this game It doesn't have the best story that goes to 5 but it has the best gameplay in the series & i love the entire military & the banter between them during operations

Saint Ocean @saintocean.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

9 anime that shaped me on the other hand that's all pure Micky Not counting my current taste for Isekai slop but it's stuff that shaped me not what im currently into

Saint Ocean @saintocean.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Well i finished my current weekly series Chainsmoker Cat It certainly was a thing i chose to watch i was able to keep up with it better than Yowayowa Sensei .....it was an interesting watch a very wild & disgusting ride

Saint Ocean @saintocean.bsky.social · 25/09/2026

Sword Art Online S1 This season is still great it really is sad it became the cool thing to hate I love the art style i love the characters; even with the shift into Fairy Dance I still think it's a great arc Theres a reason it took off at the time it did

35th game finished for the year Ace Combat Distant Thunder Never played 4 for myself so its nice to cross it off the list Said it about Kotor & Ill say it here its a damn fine blueprint for what they would do with the rest of the series from the story in 5 to the gameplay in 6
