From the Staff of the Basilica: So we are likely going to be here for a bit. The Basilica account is throttled to hell and barely reaches the 1.46K followers we have; so its need cooling off. We have some new news though for those not on threads! The new Basilica Logo and our temp HCCoG logo!

My Partner was confirmed in the Episcopal Church yesterday, so if you spotted me in Minneapolis...Indeed, I was there. It was my honor and privilege to sponsor him on such a momentous day. He has grown in so many ways since we met nearly 3 years ago. Love you dear @bcprocker.bsky.social!

Words fail me. He was a good and decent man, and labored faithfully in the vineyard of our Lord. Jesse will be missed by all of us. He faithfully continued the work that Dr. King started, his steadfastness will be missed.

The full text of my office‘s titles. The Holy Catholic Church of the Gospels is a new and growing denomination. We are an Independent Catholic Tradition. Catholic in Liturgy but radically inclusive in doctrine. We are Catholic in the original Greek sense of “Universal.”

Into your hands, O God, we commend the souls of our Brother and Sister here departed. Eternal rest grant to them, O‘ Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon them. May they rest in peace.
