I am not religious and it took me until this year to realise that my dad is ok, and that he knew I love him unconditionally. Pressing the button has finally started to hurt a little less. It takes time, and it will take however much time it needs to take for you, but I believe you will know too

When my dad passed away nearly ten years ago, someone described grief as a big button that is at first very easy to press, and when you do, it hurts like hell. With time the button shrinks and you don't press it as often, but when you do, it hurts just as much as it used to

IT IS i went in expecting nothing but leda's route tricked me for a second until sirocco started hitting on every boob shaped shadow in sight. The more this man talks the straighter the game gets and he just won't fucking shut up

*beededededoop* Sam. It’s me, Deep Heat Man. Wanted to let you know there are Pain Relief Patches in your inventory. You can apply them anytime. Press the shoulder buttons to apply them to your back. You can apply a big patch, or a small patch, depending on how much pain you feel.

I found the trick for me to keep reading is to start four books and relegate one or two of them to 'procrastination books' but now that I've finished all of my procrastination books other than The Myth of Sisyphus I guess I need sth that seems even harder to finish

Lauren L.A. @saile.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

My love for reading finally returned to me this year and I've finished reading nine books so far, one of which is War and Peace. I figured it would take a minute for my big book counter to reach 0 again but here I am, starting Les Misérables 😭

Fearne Calloway in the style of Arcane!! I used this project to learn some more about rigging in Blender— if you’re interested in seeing what I picked up, check the link in the AS description; I’ve written up a little guide on a few bits ✨ www.artstation.com/artwork/kwlLyy

Because it's star wars hunters sunset day tomorrow, here are some of the characters and costumes I worked on! Pilbush, her walker, and Pilbush's arena pass costume+walker were modelled & textured by me, I also did her blend shapes. Her facial expressions are a cross between my own and a baby's.

"To your future career in the circus." My piece for the Capcom Challenge! Which, as a huge Ace Attorney fan, means I made another AA fanart - this time it's Barok van Zieks from The Great Ace Attorney ✨ Thank you Jess and Adrian for hosting! 💖

3D Fanart of Barok van Zieks from The Great Ace Attorney. Barok has purple hair, a blue coat and a green cape with red lining. He points lazily at the viewer with his left hand, and is holding a glass of wine in his right. The lighting is done to simulate a chiaroscuro effect, often used in baroque paintings.

Gonna have to travel to/from Amsterdam more often for not fun reasons so as a treat to myself i am booking my tickets at places with loyalty programs. Travel time is longer but I'd have to leave home at the same time anyway and the price is the same too 😑

Yeaaaaah. It's hard. Especially with the kinda ADHD where friendships can feel a little everything or nothing- I had to have a therapist explain to me that not every friend has to become a best friend that you bare your soul to. Took me a while to get it, but it's helped a lot!

The one downside to the recluse life is. Well. Being a recluse now 😔 I just live a lil too far away from all of my friends and I have "can't communicate on discord" disease

A lot of the stuff I'm reading has been translated from French so at some point I'll prolly make an effort to start learning it again. Then I can stop disappointing with my broken ass French when they see my surname as well YEAAAA
