Then it's migraines. Then it was stomach problems. Now it's been 2 months of intermittent eyelid twitching. Please body. Let me just exist peacefully. I even got checked out at the doctor, my numbers are good, MRI came back clean. Is this just part of getting older cause I'm in my 40s?

Over the past few months my body has decided to plague me by starting one issue, resolving it, then starting a new, then resolving it. One time it was one ear was hearing pitches slightly lower than the other. Got it checked out, doctors couldn't do anything. Went away on its own.
