Officially hit the point in therapy where I talk about how my mom hindered my growth as an artist and didn't allow me to properly explore and play. And my therapist, who offers art therapy, very eagerly told me they finally know the best way to begin the art portion of therapy. So that's fun lol

My most toxic trait is thinking I need to do all of the tasks and asking for help is burdening others. I've been so tired and overwhelmed and it's 100% my own doing. But asking for help only adds guilt to the mix. I'm at the Crash-and-Burn phase but doing nothing also adds to that guilt.

I think the best way to describe how I feel about my gender is that it's like a lava lamp. Sometimes I feel big globs of femme with smaller masc bubbles, sometimes it's the reverse. And sometimes it's equal parts! But it's never just one uniform blob. And it changes constantly throughout the day.

It's so strange feeling drawn to a more masculine body type while also having no illwill towards arguably the most feminine aspect of my body. Sometimes, I feel bad when I see people struggling with dysphoria because I CAN relate. But also, for me, it's such a weak sensation that comes in waves.

Truth serums/gas/potions and the general idea of "being forced to tell the truth" is so silly to me. Like. What's to stop you from just going "I don't want to answer that" or "That's classified"??? You're still telling the truth. You can easily tell the truth without giving information.
