I just watched the episode of Moesha when they were going to the Angie Stone show and something happened with their car and Angie picked them up. To find out she died in a car accident leaving a show…idk how to feel. This has been a horrendous day. Calling it a night at 2:40pm. RIP Angie Stone.

So I discovered Meg’s NTC workouts via tik tok (I love that app so much). I have to find mods for all the squats & lunges (as usual), but the workouts are GREAT!!! I’m sweating like a pig and they’re like 20 minute workouts 😂

The POINT is to destabilize government agencies so they can’t function to the capacity necessary. Then “the people” will decry the dysfunctional govt.
