finally found time today to paint up my Tau Broadside ! she's fucking gorgeous. while I was at it I also finished up the bases for my killteam stealth suits, and I'm thinking I may go back later and put basing over the clear flight bases because a bit of primer hit them and it looks bad

very very funny to me that someone can post a golden demon finalist space wolf model in discord and I, who has never played or even wanted to play age of sigmar, immediately said "thats the fish off one of the isharann mages"

a miniature of a guy in hulking armour with an axe, standing atop an ice floe. underneath the ice is visible via cross section, and there is a fish. the fish is a part of the isharann soulrender miniature from the warhammer age of sigmar line.

behold; my first Beetleback Warlord of Legio Astorum I haven't started on her weapons at all, but the starting loadout I'll be painting (which is on her now) is Eclipse-pattern for 630BR; the loadout that the core book suggests for a 1v1 tutorial game

a 3 inch tall mech model for Adeptus Titanicus painted in blue, silver, and gold. The model's weapons are unpainted black plastic.

🐳ryuuka @ryuuka.bsky.social · 03/03/2026

I haven't thought about or posted about Trench Crusade in like two years but recently I was given reason to again so TODAY I finally went and built a list, bought some models (caught the last hour of MMF Winter Sale), and unboxed and made the first print off my dad's Tiny Resin Printer!

010

🐳ryuuka @ryuuka.bsky.social · 08/12/2025

all five warbands for narrative campaign printed / built! the models in one of these is,, much larger than the others. (warbands in question; jade obelisk, rotmire creed, idoneth deepkin, nighthaunt, royal beastflayers) somehow, despite having JUST finished them, the Wildercorps didn't make it in

020

🐳ryuuka @ryuuka.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

Also! two different people have been trying to get me into Infinity for aaagess and wife really likes the style and swagger of the game so we've picked up the starter set for it and an additional box of models each, which also got primed today!

🐳ryuuka @ryuuka.bsky.social · 07/12/2025

🐳ryuuka @ryuuka.bsky.social · 02/12/2025

One warcry warband (Wildercorps Hunters) all painted up today! the paintjobs are... not impressive quality, but passable for 3hours' work, and paint on models is an achievement for me lately so im proud of them!

130

🐳ryuuka @ryuuka.bsky.social · 22/11/2025

hweh,,, anybody around that still plays warcry except me? I fell off of doing Fin Wargames for a little while because I wanted to get practice in at KT21, until a friend asked me to teach them warcry and its SO refreshing and fun anyway after that reminder I printed a Wildercorps Hunters warband

Grey Knight Strike Squad 1/5 Painted the goal was to try to make it look like the same lighting as the terrain reflected on chrome armour, but i don't think I sold the effect very well. but! I've experimented and learned, and I'll be able to do better next time :)
