At no point should any company be absolved of damage it causes, regardless of if they were "aware" of those damages. Billionaires should pay taxes, just like the rest of us.

Well, let's flip that around, billionaires need to accept some of the bad that comes with taxing billionaires, as it leads to the greater good. At no point should any company be absolved of the damage it causes, especially when they knew the damage was possible, and did nothing to stop it.
