Oh, man. Hoping for emphasis on the 'eventually' for such an attractive li'l bird; anyone lucky enough to catch 'em really should enjoy their time. ✌️~

Will love n' miss ya', Mica; yet glad you're taking care of what needs to be taken care of. :>

I had no idea the crackdown extended further than me and DV... I've always looked up to LD01 and Hyber's styles, too. Grisly.

Been there, buddy. Been there.

010

Ryke 🌊💦✨ @rykead.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

Yo, birdy! It's the usual "furry self-policing" crew's harassment of feral artists; Dark Violet became their flavor-of-the-month, and I got caught up in that. What's new is FA administration taking them seriously n' deciding to act on it. They might act on next month's drama, too? Can't say, lmao.

Ryke 🌊💦✨ @rykead.bsky.social · 27/09/2026

You're good! It's why I never engaged with the rumors - they're the consequence of my own behavior. I get it.~ Bein' in a community means that folks who don't know me will form opinions of me, and that's okay.

Ryke 🌊💦✨ @rykead.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

If you tell me what's written on your own Steam profile, I'll eat a rock, lol. It took someone else tellin' me it was there for me to rediscover it... I don't dispute writing stupid shit - yet, it was never 'true'. The internet used to feel different, n' time stripped its edginess of context. ✌️

Ryke 🌊💦✨ @rykead.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Fuck yeah, K.✌️ This fandom community is the wind in my wings; the vibrant taste on my tongue; it's the ground that cracks under my talons, the substrate within which I blossom. Community is context. Makes us, we. Time I wasted hurting over this was time spent forgetting to be myself. So, fuck 'em.

Ryke 🌊💦✨ @rykead.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Hey, so; I will literally eat that fuckin' beautiful hyena pseudo out, deep enough to make your throat feel funny, literally for an entire fuckin' day, just to make the haters a li'l madder, Deevs. Beautiful vibes. Loads of love for ya', and tonnes of support on this new direction. ✌️

Supportive messages; new followers; kind DMs... Fuck; oops! I forgot I'm awesome. Thanks for the reminder.💙 Community's where the love's at. Authority ain't real; we're adults here by choice. Glad to be in this community; always have been. So, love you too, little creatures.😘 Back to raptor-ing!

Nawh, I personally said dumb stuff 14-16 years ago. Kiwifarms have the screenshots. Some folks like to use two-decade old text written by a teenager as proof of weird shit. I'm on blocklists for the same. No sensible power has ever seen them as proof of anything, but the new admins are daft.

Ryke 🌊💦✨ @rykead.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

I'm upset, venting, and wounded; but I'll move on, too!

010

Ryke 🌊💦✨ @rykead.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Something to do with the new administration's vision... Used to be friendly with 'neer, summercat, n' other old-guard admins - yet as management rotated, much of what I loved about the site eroded. Alas. It sounds like sour grapes, yet in the end, it was just an art gallery. I'll post elsewhere. 🩵

Fortunately, I have a rich decentralized presence among Discord n' Telegram groups -- and I'm lucky to have followers here. :> I have a Telegram channel that I upload my art to, which I'll distribute information about soon! Always grateful to viewers - after all, sharing is what art's for. 💙

I'm honestly just more upset with the appeal format. Over the course of two replies, they moved the goalposts twice to re-justify keeping the ban in place; then, stopped replying. I haven't broken FA's rules. They just wanted me gone. Can't fight that.

0171

Ryke 🌊💦✨ @rykead.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Said that plainly in the appeal. Still! No dice. But, in the new age of Furaffinity administration, we see a constant draw towards using power to cut the community up into soft, safe, approved chunks. Sciggles n' co' will unthinkingly purify and purify until there's nothing left. Sad for all.

091

Ryke 🌊💦✨ @rykead.bsky.social · 22/09/2026

Yeah, it's time to acknowledge it; I was banned from Furaffinity. Enough people think I'm a zoophile that the admins don't want anything to do with my brand. Sucks! Alas to 17 years of community, just like that. 🩵

There are depths of such inky, oily blackness, where the cold is cloying and the rock is slick. Where the flicker of night and day is something that happens elsewhere, and time itself is languorous and torpid... And an immense eye turns its glowing gaze upon you.

A great wyvern, Ibraetul, glares at you from an immense crystalline pillar.
