On July 17th, the owners of Real You Electrolysis announced the company would be permanently closing on July 24th due to bankruptcy. Our picketing activities will continue until the final day.

We staged a lawfully protected walkout, eleven of us, in response to the third worker being terminated as soon as it happened. It was demanded of us that we leave our keys and it was stated that we were not welcome on the premises following the act. 🧵 4/9

The core of our union stems from our coworkers being seemingly fired for petty, personal reasons and under fabricated strikes. Three of our own who had maintained clean records and strong work ethic for over a year's work were targeted for removal by our managers. 🧵 2/9
