What companies still employ human beings in customer service roles? I ordered equipment on Sweetwater and they still have a human call to let me know when it's on the way. Love that. Let humans do the talking. Let robots do the hilariously bad auto-transcriptions. Best of both worlds.
An automated iOS voicemail transcript: "Hi Ryan, it's she was 2 letters down. I got your super late. drama on the way. That snare should be hitting gross plus the rest of your gear. It looks like next week and if there's anything else I can be about fun in the meantime, please give me a shout. Hope you're well and hope you have a great weekend coming up."
