They’re very cool! Pretty back ordered; and the price just went up a little, but still really good value if it’s what you want. 4x upscaled 3DS looked great on it.

For me it's tough to beat 7" screen and the infinite versatility of Linux. I'd probably have liked a Steam Deck OLED just as much, but the slightly slimmer size of this one is just perfect.

I was hoping the Thor would be the spiritual successor to the NVIDIA Shield Portable, a comfy Android brick of a handheld. Android isn't the right kind of finnicky for me anymore, and it felt kind of like a fragile device (whether or not it actually was).

Sold my Ayn Thor! I am shocked that I didn't end up playing it as much as other devices (The Onexfly with Bazzite is my go-to). Extra surprising, considering how much the community loves it. I'm sure the new owner will be happy with it.

The computer is an old Celeron N4020, which is just a bit faster than a raspberry pi. Perfect for this, I think! The hardest part of the setup was discovering this was in a poor wifi area, and dealing with that.
