New: DOJ urges Judge Mehta to force Google to sell off Chrome and Android to remedy its internet search monopoly. As an alternative, Mehta could put Google in a sort of rehab to program to open up the search market to new competition.

Judge Chutkan repeatedly emphasized the fact that Donald Trump is a criminal defendant, and while he may be running a campaign that does not mean he has unfettered freedom of speech rights. It’s standard in criminal cases to limit a defendant’s speech, and Trump shouldn’t be any different, she said.
