We need to ban corporate ownership of SFH's unless they ponied the dough to BUILD IT and set a limit on investment properties. Write the laws so that the biggest profit margin exists on new construction. Not the band-aid of one-time builds for good press. PERMANENT fixes for our f'ed up system.
