New temporary work schedule has me clocking out at 5PM, 3 hours earlier than I'm used to, and it feels so weird? It's a schedule shift, not more free time, yet it FEELS like free/open time that I don't know what to do with!

The desire to have telemetry in old racing games and for someone to force Thrustmaster SDK support in SimHub have become genuinely intrusive and invasive thoughts, they won't leave me alone at this point and because I have no programming skills I have no idea what to do or how to make them happen. 😭

Gorgeous Corolla here. There's a certain smell 80's Toyota interiors have and I could smell it here as the driver stepped out. The body graphics aren't authentic to the car but I don't care tbh, this is just awesome.

Doing what I can. I already took an hour long break, was going to go back outside and get more done but now it's raining. I'll come back to it later.

I'm technically not done, still need to scrub the wheels, clean the glass and vacuum the interior But I already feel physically done. I even feel the beginning of a sunburn. Damn, I'm weak.

Additional context: As of tomorrow I no longer work remote, so I wanted to wash the Lexus. Make it nice and clean. I just didn't want to do it in this heat. I did it anyway. On a totally unrelated note: heat exhaustion is an absolute bitch. Felt like I couldn't breathe for a moment...

I feel so mentally fed up with my job, with work, yet I'm doing a terrible job of doing something about it. Instead I just ride out the pain, frustration and anxiety as it continues to get worse because the easier and safer bet is simply shutting up, doing as I'm told and collecting the paychecks.
