iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I’m starting to think about possible trips in 2027. The number of trips all depends on how much mobility Chuck has recovered. But, one trip I hope to make is a trip to a Disney park. I have a friend that is a Disney enthusiast. I would like to see the park through his lens.

I told my two sisters that I was retiring at the end of the year. Luckily, there was no drama about this.

These are flights of fancy that I don't take seriously. In fact, someone did move to town (a long time ago); nothing ever materialized. We are just different people on different paths. Lately, I find that I don't daydream as much. Is it because it is harder to make connections as you get older?

I used to be a big 'Daydreamer.' I would to make up stories/situations in my head. Nothing big. Just little 'what if' kind of stuff. If so-and-so and I became friends, we could meet for dinners, movies, or Broadway shows. If so-and-so came to town, we could take them to the Arch, etc.

@bearinthemidwest.bsky.social As far as I remember, this was the only Melody Malone book published. Doctor Who: The Angel's Kiss - A Melody Malone Mystery.

To visit a location predominantly featured in the pivotal episode of the series was mind blowing.

I am a huge Doctor Who fan. In the episode "The Angels Take Manhattan" (Series 7, Episode 5, broadcast on September 29, 2012) Amy Pond and Rory Williams leave. About six weeks later, I was walking around Central Park and the Bethesda Fountain with my best friend Bill. It was a surreal experience.

There is a cat at our front door. BTW… It just rolled in the dirt.

Oh, no. The donut shop knows my order. They prepared it when I walked in the door.

I’m always looking at Christmas things; it’s my favorite holiday. I usually don’t buy any of them.

The weather was perfect. I went by myself. Bonus: I didn’t see anyone I knew. I just walked around and took some pictures. I rode the train. I ate chicken strips and chocolate Dippin’ Dots. It was kinda bittersweet knowing this was the last company event I would attend.

I said I liked it. I didn’t say it was good! Post yours!

The Hidden (1987) poster.

"KEEPS YOU ON THE EDGE OF YOUR SEAT!
It's cops and robbers, horror, science fiction, and action-adventure-thriller all combined...
NEVER A DULL MOMENT!"- REX REED

THE HIDDEN
It killed 37 people, robbed 6 banks, 2 liquor stores, a record shop
and stole 2 Ferraris. Now the fun starts.
It just took over a police station.

A new breed of criminal.
